We make every reasonable effort to display our candles, colours, scents, sizes and other product information accurately.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen or device.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, availability and pricing before an order is accepted.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An order is accepted when we confirm the order and/or begin processing it.

We may contact you if there is a problem with your order, including an issue with availability, pricing or payment.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown on our website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

Candles must always be used in accordance with the candle care and safety instructions provided with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

UV Candles is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the provided safety and candle-care instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The UV Candles name, logo, product images, text, designs and other content on our website belong to UV Candles or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
