At UV Candles, we carefully prepare and package every order before it is shipped.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During busy periods, holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Any estimated delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping charges are added to your order before payment.

We will investigate the shipment with the delivery service and assist you with the next steps.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package and product.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that are legally payable by the customer will be communicated where applicable before purchase or may be collected by the relevant authorities.
